HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link on the carrier's website. You can use this link to check the status of your order during shipping.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We understand how important your order is, so we strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot change orders once they have been submitted. Please ensure all information is correct when confirming your order.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
If your item doesn't meet your expectations, we will gladly accept a return, provided it is in its original condition (with tags and no visible signs of wear) and is not a sale item. Please note: We do not offer direct exchanges!
Once we receive your return package, you will receive an unlimited online credit note that you can use to purchase any item in our store or in your desired size.
THE ITEM YOU LIKE IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Items from our latest collection are usually back in stock within a few weeks. Please sign up via email to be notified when they become available again and make sure you don't miss out next time.
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS – CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
Please let us know your correct address immediately. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we may be able to adjust your shipping label accordingly. However, if your order has already been packed and/or shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make any changes for you.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
We're sorry you received an incorrect or defective item. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number, name/product code, a picture of the item you received, and further details of the issue.
I forgot to enter my discount code. Can I still use it?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and promotional code. We'll take care of it!
