RETURN POLICY

1. Items can be returned cash on delivery. Simply contact us and describe the problem (with photos) or the reason for the return, along with your order number.

2. Items must be in their original condition and unworn.

3. We are liable for the following: stains, broken zippers, tears, inferior materials, noticeable color differences, or significant differences between the product pictured and the product received. We accept full responsibility for any errors or problems that are our fault.

4. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or are not satisfied with the item (the item is not faulty), please contact us to arrange a return. You will be responsible for all shipping costs for returned/exchanged goods.

5. Orders must be returned with a tracking or reference number and your order number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

6. We will process your exchange or refund once the items are received at our International Returns Center.
